This song was created for the 2025 Texas flood victims. Over 100 victims ranging from ages 1 to 91 were lost and their families devastated, including the lives of the girls attending Camp Mystic. We present the heart and words of David the king and psalmist to provide the hope that is necessary in times of trial and loss.

Hope Reins in Texas is a 501c(3) non-profit equestrian center located in Bulverde, Texas. We serve the greater San Antonio, Boerne, and New Braunfels areas, desiring to provide professional equine assisted activities that reflect the living hope that we have found.

Lessons and Services

  • Within the use of hippotherapy, and specifically the use of physical therapies on horseback, the therapist is able to use the horse’s dynamic movements as a tool to benefit the patient and achieve therapy goals.

  • Adaptive, or therapeutic, lessons provided by Hope Reins are offered to individuals with special needs and Wounded Warriors in order to benefit their emotional, spiritual, physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Though this service is not considered a medically prescribed physical, occupational, or speech therapy, it does provide physical and mental benefits. These lessons also provide the rider the ability to enjoy God’s Creation in a peaceful and rustic atmosphere.

  • We provide able-bodied and special needs summer camp opportunities for boys and girls where they learn about horses, relationships, and their Creator.
