Our History.
The Hope Reins project launched in 2014 to establish a professional equestrian riding center. The project was designed to provide hope and encouragement by sharing and living-out compassion through the use of horses and God's Creation. Hope Reins now provides horseback riding lessons, therapeutic riding lessons, hippotherapy sessions, summer camps, and Bible retreats. In 2020, Hope Reins relocated to a new facility in the Spring Branch area on Tkohiah Ranch & Land (TRL).
Our Goal.
Hope Reins in Texas provides professional equine assisted activities such as hippotherapy and therapeutic riding lessons to individuals with special needs, as well as serve the needs of Wounded Warriors and their families by providing interactive activities designed for the restoration of the entire family. We also provide horse-back riding lessons for any persons desiring to learn the skills of riding a horse in a variety of disciplines and interests.
Our mission.
The equine assisted activities that we provide are intertwined with the intention of providing hope and joy to the clients, students, and their families that make up Hope Reins. This is done through the use of horses and God’s Creation as we strive to help others discover a living hope.
