Please fill out the application form to the right and leave any additional information that you feel is necessary or any further questions that you may have.
The following forms will need to be completed and submitted to Hope Reins by email or by mail (see address on forms) by May 1st:
Contact and release form signed by a parent/guardian Please review and sign the following document.
Signed copy of Hope Reins Camp Rules and Dress Code A parent or guardian must review these documents with each camper and must sign these documents as proof of review.
Physician’s Release signed by camper’s physician Please have your camper’s physician sign this release stating that equine activities are approved and that there are no contraindications for the camper to participate in equine activities. If you are currently a client of Hope Reins in Texas and your forms are up-to-date, this is not applicable.
Confirmation of payment- Payments can be completed by clicking the button below or can be made by check to Hope Reins in Texas. Please mail checks to the Hope Reins mailing address at: P.O. Box 57 Bulverde, Texas 78163.
